1/20/15 The game has been down for nearly three weeks, with no estimated time of resurrection. Many users are simply asking whether Bigpoint is even going to continue to offer the English version of the game. Forum moderators have no information, which is frustrating to customers. Although the game is "free to play, most players purchase some amount of currency to speed up the challenges or get their cities off of the ground, so that adds to the dissatisfaction players are feeling.
